At first, I thought the training and onboarding would be smoother, given the platform seemed well designed. I started by signing up and setting up my account, where the invoicing and billing steps went fine, guided but not entirely walkthrough. Then, I had to work out the specific features like the calling tools and dialer on my own by trial and error. The database functionality was another area that demanded some self-exploration before it fit into my workflow the way I wanted. Although there was some telephonic support available, I mostly referred back to training materials to understand the automatic update process and priority assistance options. This meant a bit more effort upfront, but I ended up understanding the whole system comprehensively, which I feel was a good investment in the long run to make the software work well for me.
