Training was thorough but waited longer than I guessed initially

I started out thinking I’d breeze through the training with minimal waiting or repetition, given the structured modules promised. However, while things mostly moved at a reasonable pace, there were moments when I had to repeat sections to grasp the call features and their integration properly. The system’s automatic prompts helped me practice without real-time supervision, which was a plus, but sometimes I felt held up by little delays between lessons while the next steps loaded or scheduled. Despite these extra waiting periods, the training was solid and comprehensive overall, giving me confidence to use the software. Nevertheless, I would have preferred a bit more fluid progression rather than the occasional pauses.
