Lacked features I was used to seeing elsewhere
In comparison to other remote workflow tools I've used, WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase process missed some basics that I had relied on before. For example, the initial demo or trial phase seemed limited, which prevented me from fully evaluating the software’s dialer capabilities. The information provided before purchase was general and didn't cover advanced features I usually use. The sign-up and payment steps were straightforward but felt a bit rushed without thorough explanations about ongoing updates or the database structure. This made it hard for me to judge if the software would fit my workflows without more hands-on testing. I expected the training to include more comprehensive onboarding instruction especially around integration of calling tools and reporting. Overall, it just didn't have the level of detail or transparency I was accustomed to, which led me to rate it quite low compared to my past software experiences.
