Might consider it again, but labels were a puzzle sometimes

When I was checking out the WFHI platform before buying, I noticed the sales materials and interface labels were a mixed bag. On one hand, the main features like 'Database' and 'Training Center' clearly explained what you get; it made initial browsing straightforward. However, there was a moment during sign-up when a label said 'Priority Assistance Enrollment,' which felt a bit vague to me, and I had to call support to understand if it was a paid extra or included by default. That was mildly frustrating because clear upfront wording would have saved that step. Beyond that, other parts of the pre-purchase instructions didn't clarify how invoicing cycles worked or how recurring payments are handled, which left me guessing. After some figuring out, I found the billing process transparent, but that moment with unclear labeling sticks out. So, if I needed software with remote workflow training and support again, I might come back to this platform, but only after double-checking that the pre-purchase details have been simplified and the labels refined. Overall, it was neither great nor terrible; just a little muddled in places, which is enough to make me hesitate but not leave completely.
