I expected the purchase and sign-up process to follow a certain order which felt logical to me but the actual flow was a bit different. First, the invoice arrived nicely and the payment steps were clear, but then the access to the software came with a short delay which took me by surprise. I thought once payment was confirmed, I would be able to dive into the training right away. Support was helpful, but I was left wondering whether the sequence of onboarding modules might have been better planned to come directly after sign-up. Overall, good experience, but the order felt slightly out of sync with my expectations.
