What surprised me was the order of steps in the sign-up process

I was taken aback by the way the sales and pre-purchase steps unfolded. It seemed unusual that I had to provide quite a bit of information even before I got any clear explanation of what exactly I was signing up for. Normally, I expect to understand the product fully with proper details before any formal sign-up or invoice generation. But here, I was asked to create an account and deal with invoicing without a thorough pre-purchase walkthrough. This sequence made me uncomfortable because it didn’t feel logical to commit financially before really seeing the entire picture. When I reached out to support, the explanations helped, but the order itself caught me off guard. It made the whole process feel more like a formality than a guided customer experience. I would have preferred if the steps were structured so that pre-purchase explanations and clarity came first, followed by sign-up and payment steps. This misalignment in process reduced my trust initially and complicated my decision-making. I hope future buyers find a more sensible flow because my experience left me frustrated and puzzled about why things were done this way.
