Frustrated—support hours clash with my working schedule
I really wanted to like the telephonic support because when dealing with complex software, quick guidance is invaluable. Unfortunately, the biggest letdown was the support availability hours, which seemed to clash directly with the times I am actually working. Since I often have to manage tasks during typical business hours, reaching a live person by phone was nearly impossible without rearranging my whole day. The automated updates worked fine in the background, but whenever I needed help with database usage or when something odd happened with the dialer, the delay in getting support was frustrating. Training was decent but could not compensate for the lack of timely assistance. Sign-up, payment, and invoicing were straightforward, but the overall experience left me feeling that the tools are only as good as the help available. If support couldn't fit my schedule better, I fear I will keep running into roadblocks that take days to resolve, which is a big downside for any remote workflow software.
