Labels Were Clear, But One Thing Stood Out
Overall, I found the wording in the software quite intuitive and the labels mostly made sense to me during use. It was refreshing to navigate without confusion, especially when using the database and calling tools. However, there was one label on the invoicing page that felt a bit vague and took me a moment to figure out what it referred to. Besides that, support explained those terms well when I called, which helped clear doubt quickly. The consistent use of simple language throughout the platform is a plus, making onboarding easier. I guess that one small hiccup in terminology is why I’m not giving a perfect score, but the overall experience was smooth and user-friendly.
