The Verdict is Clear
After using WFHI for some time, it’s clear their support and communication are quite good. I appreciated the fact that I could find the resources I needed with relative ease. Whenever I had questions about the software or guidance on billing issues, the information was typically easy to access. I sometimes found myself wondering if I was checking the right sections, and that's where I felt a bit uncertain. There were moments when I felt I needed to know more details but had difficulty figuring out where to look. Their official channels are often well-organized, but I think they could improve by adding more FAQs or user guides. Overall, I have no major complaints, and their responsiveness stands out. I would say it is a positive experience finding what I needed, but I do feel there is room for improvement in navigation. Summing it up, I would recommend their support but would hope for a few more user-friendly guides.
