Frustrated but it wasn’t all bad
Honestly, I felt pretty frustrated when things didn’t go as planned during sales inquiries. I was used to software services where someone actually listens the first time, but here I had to repeat my issues several times before I got some clear answers. It felt like the process was less personalized and more automated, which made me weary of continuing. However, I do have to acknowledge that when I did get through to support, they were patient and willing to help, even if it took longer than I expected. The onboarding documents were thorough but sometimes too generic, which made me feel like I was reading a manual rather than getting specific instructions for my problem. Still, I appreciated that the system let me test the software features before fully committing, which gave me some reassurance. So, overall, my experience was a mix of frustration with early communication but some decent support afterward that kept me from giving up immediately.
