Signed up and got software but final paperwork came later
The pre-purchase process went pretty smoothly for me overall, but there was one particular moment that stood out. During the steps I took to evaluate the platform and then sign up, everything felt like it followed a sensible order: information about features came first, followed by demonstrations of training options, and then the sign-up form. However, I noticed that the actual invoice and the payment requests arrived a bit later than I was expecting, which made the experience feel slightly disjointed at that stage. Otherwise, the steps I went through, including the initial explanations and the onboarding instructions, seemed to build on each other logically. I was able to learn about the calling tools and database features before committing, which was helpful. The training materials arrived shortly after payment was processed, so I could begin immediately. Even though the invoicing timing was a little delayed, everything else in the process worked out well and I was able to start using the software without major delays. So, while the payment paperwork felt out of sync, the outcome was that I got the software and training I needed on time to begin integrating it with my workflow.
