Reflecting back on my experience with WFHI’s pre-purchase process, I realized that a lot of the information I needed wasn’t clearly laid out upfront. It felt like while some basic details were available during signing up and invoicing, I had to rely heavily on exploring the software myself to understand how the calling tools and database features would fit into my workflow. The training and onboarding materials were there, but the sequence and depth weren’t always sufficient, so a good part of my learning happened through trial and error. On the positive side, automatic updates seemed to integrate smoothly without me needing to intervene, which was good. However, I expected more proactive support or guided demonstrations before purchasing. Overall, the outcome was that I eventually became reasonably comfortable with the software, but it took more effort and time on my part than I had initially anticipated. So if you’re someone who likes figuring things out on your own, this might work, but if you expect detailed hand-holding from the sales and pre-purchase phases, you might find it a bit lacking.
