Support was adequate but needed better sequencing of steps
The support system was basically fine, providing answers when needed though it felt like I was repeating explanations sometimes. The onboarding steps and assistance were presented in an order that didn't always make sense, leading to some avoidable confusion initially. For example, guidance on the database setup came after I had already started calls with the dialer, which complicated things. Aside from that, telephonic support was responsive enough to clarify questions once I got to that stage. Payment and invoicing processes were straightforward and did not cause issues. Automatic updates happened quietly without disrupting my workflow. Overall, the outcome was satisfactory and I managed to get comfortable with the software and its features. The sequence and timing of support steps could be improved to reduce duplication and early uncertainties, but at least the communication lines remained open and the help was there when I needed it. This left me with a working setup I could rely on, though I suspect many others might face the same initial confusion.
