Would I go through this setup process again? Mostly yes
I started using the WFHI software after reviewing several options, and I found the steps provided were mostly in a sensible order. First, the sign-up was straightforward, with clear invoicing and payment procedures. Then I moved on to their onboarding training, which introduced the call dialer and database features quite systematically. I liked how the training didn’t overwhelm me initially but built up in complexity as I progressed, which kept me engaged. There was, however, a bit of a hiccup with the automatic updates that rolled out without notification, which sometimes interrupted my workflow unexpectedly. That aside, the telephonic support was quick to respond with priority assistance, and I appreciated that real-time help. Sometimes the response was a little generic, lacking specifics, but I understand that’s expected with software. The database feature was powerful but took a bit of tinkering to fit exactly with my particular workflow. Overall the flow from sign-up to fully working with the calling tool felt natural and logical, reinforcing my confidence in the system. Despite the small reservation about updates, I’d likely repeat this process, knowing better what to expect. It’s not perfect, but it’s reliable and offers enough flexibility to justify going through it again in the future.
