Setup took a lot of effort on my part

Using the WFHI software felt like a significant commitment more than once. Initially, setting up the database and dialing tools required a lot of one-off effort, which was understandable for something new. However, I had thought that after setup, ongoing usage would be more straightforward, with minimal additional configuration needed. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case. I encountered a number of ongoing tasks to keep systems synced and updated. The automatic updates, while largely beneficial, sometimes required manual checks and adjustments on my side. This made it harder to fully settle into the workflow. The onboarding process definitely made efforts to help, and the telephonic support was helpful when I reached out, but I still found the learning curve a bit steep. I can acknowledge at least that the initial training was free of unnecessary repetition, so that part was okay. Despite this, I am left feeling that the effort to keep things functioning well was more continuous than I had expected from the outset. Because of this, I think users should be ready for some ongoing setup work as well as the initial installation.
