Mostly intuitive software but some labels need clarity

Using the WFHI software has been largely positive. The overall flow when accessing different features like the dialer and database makes sense, and the system responds quickly. I appreciate that most labels and instructions are clear and help me navigate without constant second-guessing. At the same time, a few labels felt ambiguous or unfamiliar, especially during onboarding, which caused a little uncertainty about what action to take next. The training materials helped clarify some of these, but some on-screen wording could be more straightforward to match typical user expectations. On the bright side, the software updates occurred automatically without disrupting my workflow, which was a relief. Support communication was prompt enough, though occasionally responses were brief, requiring me to ask follow-ups. Altogether, I feel confident using the software day-to-day, but a few tweaks in wording and label clarity would elevate the experience much further. Thus, my overall feeling is positive but with a hint of reservation because of those occasional unclear terms.
