Got what I expected, mostly, nothing more
When I first signed up for the software, I assumed it would be easy to find the sections I needed since I had heard about its straightforward interface. For the most part, this was true. The dashboard was quite clear, and the setup screens guided me logically through the onboarding process. I was able to access the call dialer and the client database without much trouble, which helped in managing my workflow efficiently. However, sometimes when I needed to find particular reports or tweak settings, it took a little longer than I expected because some menus weren’t as intuitively organized as I’d hoped. The automatic updates do kick in silently, which is good, but occasionally I had to double-check if new features were added or if things shifted around. Overall, the experience was what I anticipated: mostly straightforward access without surprises, but with minor moments where the navigation felt a bit clunky. I think if you’re comfortable with software like this, you’ll get going alright; just be prepared for the occasional stop-and-search when hunting down some options.
