The order of steps could have been more logical
My overall impression of the sales and pre-purchase process was that it felt somewhat disorganized. The sequence of steps didn’t always follow a clear or intuitive order, which made it harder to stay focused on progress. For instance, I encountered stages that seemed to overlap or should have come after certain verification steps. That mixing up made the entire flow less smooth than I had hoped for. Despite those challenges, I appreciated that the customer service was polite and tried to assist where possible. That said, if the onboarding steps were reordered in a more logical flow, it might make things easier to understand and execute. As it stands, I would tell a friend it’s a decent service but the initial navigation through the sign-up and training could definitely be streamlined better to avoid unnecessary confusion.
