The sales and sign-up steps were clear enough, I’d do it again
Going through WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase process was a straightforward experience from my side. Each step seemed to be placed logically, starting from checking out the software features, moving to understanding the training options, and then going through sign-up in a way that didn’t feel rushed. The order made sense because I could digest the information progressively without missing critical details. The invoice and payment options showed up right after the account creation, which is good since it ties in with when the service actually starts. There was no confusion about what came next, which is pretty important in an online workflow product. One thing I particularly liked was that I never got pushed to buy or sign up faster than I was ready for. Everything was clean and factual, letting me make decisions calmly. Given how this went, I would consider repeating the process should I need additional software access or training in the future. It just felt like an efficient way to onboard new users like me.
