Felt kind of stuck, maybe too much onetime setup and not ongoing help
Looking back on my experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase steps, I was left feeling a bit frustrated. The sales process promised me a simple setup and ongoing access to software and training but what I found was a lot of one-off tasks that had to be done upfront and very little follow-up or continuing assistance. The onboarding was complicated and the help wasn’t as ever-present as I expected. It seemed like once I paid and installed the software, I had to figure out many things on my own without much proactive guidance or support. I think I underestimated how much ongoing effort would be needed just to keep things running smoothly, and that made me hesitant to fully rely on the system. In reflection, I think WFHI’s approach is more about providing tools and training once rather than really assisting all the way through the process. That’s not bad if you want to be independent, but for me it left a gap in ongoing support that I needed to manage.
