Training and onboarding: not great
I found the day-to-day experience with the training and onboarding quite disappointing. Initially, everything seemed promising on sign-up, and the introductory guides looked helpful. However, as I started using the calling tools regularly over several days, I struggled with ongoing issues that weren’t covered in training. The software occasionally behaved unpredictably, especially when handling multiple calls or updating the database simultaneously. Automatic updates sometimes introduced new quirks but without clear communication or instructions. Support was polite over the phone but rarely offered solutions beyond basic troubleshooting, so I was often left figuring things out by myself. While the invoicing and payment processes remained smooth, these operational challenges made daily work tedious. Overall, I wouldn’t rate the training or onboarding as effective for consistent, practical use; the lessons felt more focused on basics and less on real-world scenarios encountered during typical use. It’s a warm system with potential, but it didn’t meet my expectations for ongoing ease of use in a work-from-home setup.
