Onboarding and training: straightforward and well balanced
After using different remote workflow training systems previously, I found WFHI’s onboarding to be quite comprehensive but also reasonably paced. It wasn’t overly technical upfront, making the initial setup less daunting than before. The training sessions went beyond the basics I’d seen, especially around using their calling tools and database features smoothly. Although some modules took longer than I initially expected, their use of real-world examples made the information stick better. Compared to earlier programs I tried, this felt like a solid balance between depth and clarity. What really helped was the automatic updates integrated into the training, so the software evolved as I learned. I’ll say plainly: the onboarding met my expectations and offered an intuitive step-by-step approach without overwhelming me.
