Expected repetition and waiting, but training was efficient

I anticipated that the training sessions might demand a fair amount of repetition and waiting, but was pleasantly surprised. The onboarding was structured so that each topic was covered once with clear explanations, minimizing the need to revisit the same material repeatedly. The software’s automatic update features were introduced smoothly, and waiting times between modules were kept short, which helped maintain interest and momentum. However, some parts required a pause while waiting for software updates to deploy, yet this was limited and did not unduly delay progress. The process was organized and quite aligned with what I expected regarding pacing and repetition.
