training was okay but tutorial on database stood out
So I signed up and started the training sessions. Honestly, the onboarding flow was generally straightforward but there were moments where the explanations felt a bit rushed or vague, especially during the first few modules. The calling tools and dialer got a little confusing when it came to advanced features; the basic functions were easy enough though. What really caught my attention was the part about the database feature — it was clearly explained with examples about how to integrate it into your workflow, which was helpful. However, when it came to understanding the automatic updates and what changes were being pushed, that part lacked clarity and I had to figure some things out myself. Telephonic support was okay, they were polite and tried to help but sometimes it felt like they weren’t fully familiar with the newest software updates. The sign-up and payment process went smoothly without any issues which is always a relief. After a week of actually using the software regularly, I feel like the training gave me a decent foundation, but it would have been better if the onboarding was paced a bit slower to prevent information overload early on. All in all, not bad but not perfect either. The database explanation was definitely the highlight for me and it made the rest of the experience feel more useful going forward.
