It didn’t quite work out as I hoped
At first, I was hopeful the training and onboarding process would set me up well, but as days passed, the experience became more frustrating than encouraging. The training materials had some useful parts, especially around using the dialer and database features, but they left several gaps that made day-to-day use confusing. Every day, I felt like I was relearning basics because the instructions didn’t consistently match what I encountered on the software. Support was reachable but often didn’t provide clear solutions over the phone, which left me stuck waiting for callbacks. The automatic updates sometimes changed settings without warning, disrupting my workflow more than helping. I had expected smoother integration between the calling tools and database from the start, but that was rarely the case. Signing up and payment were simple enough, but that was the only part of the process I found straightforward. Though the system has some good ideas, the practical side didn’t meet my needs or ease of use. I shared my concerns with the telephonic support, but their responses didn’t resolve core issues, which left me disappointed. Overall, I’d say the product was promising but didn’t deliver effectively during daily use, and the lack of clear, consistent guidance made me question if it was right for me. If I told a friend, I’d say it’s a bit too confusing and patchy to rely on without more reliable help.
