What really surprised me was how much I had to figure out myself
I expected the training and onboarding with WFHI to be pretty straightforward, but honestly, it was a bit overwhelming. The sign-up process seemed fine at first, but once I got into the software, a lot of things weren’t explained clearly. There were some tutorials, but they didn’t cover everything I needed to know, especially about the more technical features like the dialer and database integration. I spent quite a few hours trying to figure things out on my own by clicking around and searching for answers, which was frustrating. It felt like they assumed a lot of prior knowledge or familiarity with such tools. Some parts of the training were useful, but I wish there had been more detailed guidance right from the start. The updates sometimes changed features without notifying me, which added to the confusion. I was hoping for a smoother onboarding experience, so it was definitely surprising how much I had to self-teach during the process.
