The onboarding steps did not flow logically enough
I went through the sales and pre-purchase steps expecting a smooth, logical progression but was quite disappointed. The process began with signing up and then jumped to payment details before giving clear information about what training or software access I would actually receive. There was an odd back and forth that made me question whether I was missing something essential. Also, some steps seemed redundant, like being asked for details that were already filled in previous forms. The lack of clear sequence made me less confident about proceeding further. While the invoicing process itself was fine after payment, it didn’t compensate for the confusing pre-purchase journey. I was hoping for a more coherent experience, but unfortunately I found it disjointed and unnecessarily complicated. Overall, my verdict is that the sales path needs a rethink for better customer flow.
