Not for beginners who expect clear labels
I came in hoping the software and sales info would be straightforward, but honestly it was pretty confusing. The way certain features were labeled didn't match what I'd anticipated based on the pre-purchase descriptions. For example, the dialer tool was called something else in the interface, which threw me off because I expected the terms to be consistent throughout. This mismatch slowed me down in the early days of onboarding and made me doubt whether this service was a good fit. It might work fine for users already familiar with similar systems, but someone like me looking for intuitive wording and friendly labels to get started quickly would struggle. The sign-up and invoicing processes also didn't align with standard expectations I had, which added to the frustration. Overall, this product probably suits more experienced remote workflow users, but I found myself stuck trying to interpret what the interface was actually asking for.
