Setting up required consistent effort but felt manageable
When I first signed up with WFHI, I understood that the setup involved a mix of one-time and ongoing tasks. The account creation and initial software installation were relatively quick, which was a relief. However, configuring the dialer and integrating my contacts into the database took more time than I expected, so that felt like an upfront investment. That said, once everything was in place, continuous updates were handled automatically, and the training modules helped me stay up to speed without needing to dedicate extra hours on my own. In terms of ongoing effort, using the calling tools daily requires some attention, but the software’s interface is intuitive enough to reduce complexity. Overall, the setup pushed me to give it consistent attention initially, but that helped smooth out future use. While the front-loaded effort was more intense than I hoped, the ongoing maintenance and support make it much easier to handle on a regular basis.
