when things finally made some sense (and didn’t)
I started out pretty unsure about using the software, honestly. The onboarding process was alright but felt a bit rushed, so some parts of the remote workflow setup just didn’t click at first. I struggled a bit with accessing the database and organizing contacts in a way that suited my style. On the other hand, the dialer and calling tools worked smoothly enough for daily use, which was comforting. I appreciated the automatic updates that kept everything current without any hassle, though sometimes they nudged me to relearn little features. The support team was reachable but often busy, so waiting times sometimes tested my patience. By the end of it all, I felt maybe 60% confident; enough to get going, but not exactly fully settled. Signing up was simple and invoicing was straightforward, which helped keep things from getting frustrating. Overall, the experience was mixed — some parts really worked well and others left me wishing for clearer guidance or easier navigation. It’s a decent platform but took a bit more effort than I expected to feel completely comfortable with it.
