Initial training ke baad dialer aur database features ko samajhna jyada mushkil nahi tha. Updates bhi automatically aate rahe, toh mujhe manually kuch karne ki zaroorat hi nahi thi. Invoicing aur payment ka process bhi simple tha, even though initially thoda confuse kiya tha mujhe. Support team thodi der response karti thi sometimes, but overall sab manageable tha. Mujhe lagta hai main firse use karungi software ko bina kisi badi tension ke, because setup jaldi ho gaya tha. Kaafi smooth experience tha actually, mujhe aisa laga.
