Figured out most on my own, software ultimately worked well
The WFHI software was something I had to work through quite a bit by myself in the beginning, especially as the onboarding wasn’t very hand-holding. The database feature took some trial and error to fully understand how to import and organize contacts, but once I did, it felt solid. I liked that updates came automatically and didn’t require manual intervention, so there was less hassle maintaining the system. The dialer, calling tools, and the rest of the software components weren’t always intuitive at first, but after a week or so, I got the hang of things nicely. Overall, I managed to set up workflows efficiently without needing too much instruction, which makes me feel the system is accessible for those who prefer a hands-on approach. The invoicing process was clear once I checked it, and the sign-up procedure was straightforward. If you don’t mind a bit of self-learning, WFHI software is a good fit and I’ve seen positive results just by figuring things out myself and utilizing their basic training.
