    Setup one-time effort, ongoing hassle

I had high hopes going in, but my experience with the setup process versus ongoing use was very mixed. The initial sign-up and onboarding were straightforward enough, and once I was through, I thought my work would get easier. Unfortunately, much of the setup turned out to be a one-off deal, while the day-to-day management became complicated. Although connecting the dialer and configuring the database were mostly smooth, the automatic updates often disrupted settings and required me to redo certain configurations. Telephonic support was sometimes hard to catch and didn't always resolve my issues immediately, which added to my frustration. On invoicing and payments, the process was clear but felt detached from my actual usage, so I had to get comfortable reconciling things myself over time. The good side is the software has some potential once you get it running, but the constant adjustments and unclear ongoing steps left me questioning how sustainable it is for me personally. It wasn't a total loss, but I expected more balance between setup and daily stability.

Pre-purchase info was missing key details

I found the whole process of getting started with the WFHI software very frustrating because I was unclear on the exact steps required before I could use the tools. There seemed to be insufficient pre-purchase details explaining how long initial setup and training would take. I expected a faster onboarding flow but ended up waiting and trying to figure out steps on my own. The sign-up interface was okay, but the absence of clear guidance left me confused for multiple days. No part of the dialer or database feature worked as expected without extended effort, and I struggled to connect effectively with telephonic support to get answers quickly. The automatic updates sometimes disrupted what I was trying to do, adding to the frustration. Overall, I feel that the product lacked the clear, upfront explanations necessary to start smoothly, which led to a disappointing experience during the critical early days of use.

Handled errors but needed better follow-up support

I started with WFHI expecting basic software to work smoothly but faced some issues early on during setup. When things did go wrong, the process to report those problems was straightforward enough, which I appreciated. They have telephonic support and I was able to get through and explain the issues without waiting forever. However, while the initial response was timely, the follow-up on fixing the reported problems was slower than I expected. Some of the glitches remained for a while before being addressed. The billing and invoicing process was clear upfront, which helped avoid confusion, though. Overall, I’d say the system handled errors in a basic way and I wasn’t left in the dark, but I found the pace of troubleshooting less efficient than I hoped. To a friend, I’d tell them it works but don’t expect everything to be perfect from day one; the support’s decent initially but patience is required over time.

Not for those who hate waiting and repeating stuff

This software completely failed my expectations because of how much waiting and repetition was involved. The sign-up and onboarding process seemed simple at first but kept looping back with the same questions, which was irritating. I tried to get help through their telephonic support but it was a long wait every time, and they would often transfer me without a solution. The billing information was unclear, and invoices weren’t sent promptly, which added to my frustration. Automatic updates also disrupted my workflow sometimes, causing more delays. Honestly, if someone dislikes spending too much time on back-and-forth communication and figuring out procedures on their own, I don’t think this platform will suit them. The training didn’t help much either because it wasn’t detailed enough to lessen confusion. It felt like I had to do way too much work just to get started, and that really put me off from continuing with it.

Quick answers but a little too many repeats

I reached out to their sales team with some questions before buying and they were quick to respond each time, which was good. However, I noticed that often I had to explain the same issue multiple times across a couple of messages, which felt a bit repetitive and annoying. It seemed like not everyone was fully updated on my previous queries, so I kept repeating details even though I just wanted to move forward. Despite that, the invoicing and payment steps went smooth without much waiting once all questions were answered. It was a pretty straightforward experience overall, but a little less back and forth or repeated info would have made it better.

The whole sales process felt like a mixed bag

When I first looked into the WFHI software and training, I found the sales process quite interesting. On one hand, the team was communicative and responsive, which I really appreciated. They answered my queries about the database features and calling tools quite clearly without rushing things. On the other hand, some parts felt a bit confusing, especially around the invoicing and payment setup. It wasn't immediately obvious how the invoicing would be structured for ongoing usage, making me unsure if I would need more help next time. Also, the sign-up was smooth to begin with, but I wondered if the automatic updates would affect me later on. I suppose because the software is quite complex, it’s understandable to have these moments of uncertainty. After the initial phase, I did feel more comfortable. So I think the whole experience was fair—there were helpful aspects side by side with areas where I could have used a bit more clarity. Whether I’ll need support next time probably depends on how familiar I feel with updates and more intricate features. Overall, the sales experience was neither totally seamless nor totally frustrating, somewhere right in the middle.

Clear explanations except that one unclear invoicing detail

I have gone through the WFHI sales and pre-purchase explanations quite a few times now, so I already know the drill. In general, everything gets explained clearly in overview meetings and email follow-ups. The product features, like the calling tools and database integration, are outlined with sufficient clarity. The steps to sign up and make payments are also detailed in written form beforehand. I only had one issue that stood out: the invoicing section didn’t clearly spell out how recurring payments would be scheduled. This caused me to double-check my invoice later to confirm dates. Otherwise, the flow of information before purchase was straightforward and didn't leave many questions unanswered. The training outline, while not super detailed, was enough to frame what I could expect when starting on the platform. I’m used to this kind of pre-sales communication and prepared my queries accordingly, so I was able to clarify everything in the end. The one unclear point about recurring payments felt like a minor miss in an otherwise carefully managed explanation process. Still, I appreciate the effort to keep things simple and cover the main parts well without overwhelming new users.

Turnaround time was reasonable so I felt confident

I started with the sign-up process which was straightforward. The invoice came through within a few days which allowed me to proceed without delays. After payment, the onboarding training took some sessions but was comprehensive enough to answer my questions. The software itself matched the descriptions given during sales and I felt the calling tools and dialer integrated properly with my workflow. Automatic updates came through without me needing to do anything, which kept the system running smoothly. Telephonic support was accessible when I required some clarifications, and the responses were timely. Overall, the time from first contact to full setup was reasonable, and this helped build my confidence in using the software effectively. There was no major wait or unexpected holdup in any process step, so I finished the initial stages feeling prepared to continue.

Some steps felt logical, some didn’t quite line up

I entered the sales and pre-purchase process expecting a fairly linear path because the initial information made it seem like everything would be laid out clearly and in order. The sign-up came first as anticipated, and that was easy to manage. Then the training and onboarding seemed to jump around a bit, with some modules on the calling tools coming sooner than expected, while the database setup was covered much later. It felt a bit disjointed at times. The automatic updates were explained in the middle of everything which broke my flow a little because I wasn’t sure if those updates would change how I was supposed to use the software or not. Support was accessible throughout, but I had to wait a bit on some responses which didn’t help crafting a smooth process. Overall, the order was not horrible but I think it could be improved for better clarity. I was looking for a more step-by-step rollout rather than the parallel info streams I received, so I had to improvise what came when to get things done.

Had to figure out more than I expected

I was surprised at how much of the setup and pre-purchase details I had to sort out myself. The sales information gave a broad overview, but when it came to specifics, I found some gaps. I had to spend quite a bit of time navigating the documentation and figuring out how the database and calling features really worked. The training was helpful but didn’t cover every scenario I wanted to understand beforehand. The onboarding flow was smooth, but I wished there was more guidance about what happened after signing up, especially regarding updates and support. Although the customer service was reachable, it wasn’t always proactive in offering explanations beyond direct questions. The billing and payment processes were clear, but the information on timelines could have been more upfront. All in all, the experience was mostly positive, but I felt like I was left holding the manual more often than I thought I would.
