Quick answers but a little too many repeats
I reached out to their sales team with some questions before buying and they were quick to respond each time, which was good. However, I noticed that often I had to explain the same issue multiple times across a couple of messages, which felt a bit repetitive and annoying. It seemed like not everyone was fully updated on my previous queries, so I kept repeating details even though I just wanted to move forward. Despite that, the invoicing and payment steps went smooth without much waiting once all questions were answered. It was a pretty straightforward experience overall, but a little less back and forth or repeated info would have made it better.
