Training wasn’t what I expected and that held me back
Before I signed up, I thought the training would prepare me fully for all the software features and the onboarding steps, so I could start using the workflows smoothly from day one. Unfortunately, that wasn’t quite the case. The initial onboarding sequence seemed promising but as I progressed, I realized many modules assumed prior knowledge, which I didn’t have. The training videos and documents sometimes skipped over basics that I was hoping to get help with. This meant I was often stuck trying to figure out details about the call dialer or the database feature by trial and error. My one reservation is that the materials could have highlighted more of what’s involved, so expectations were clearer. Also, while support was there to answer specific questions, it didn’t replace a structured step-by-step guide I was expecting. Because of all this, the experience felt more frustrating than empowering. I do understand that this might not apply to everyone and some might find the pace reasonable, but for me, the misalignment with what I expected from the training stood out as a major hurdle.
