Not a fit if you don’t want to figure things out on your own
The software definitely needs a fair bit of self-study and experimentation to get going well. While the sign-up and invoicing were straightforward, once I got into the software itself, there was minimal guidance on several functions. The automatic updates feature, for example, didn’t come with clear instructions and I had to figure out from trial and error how to adjust settings that changed without warning. For someone who prefers hand-holding, this platform likely wouldn’t suit well. Plus, the dialer and database setup required me to read through multiple documents and watch training videos on my own rather than through interactive support. If you are comfortable solving problems independently and have some patience, it might work fine, but otherwise don’t count on it being an easy plug-and-play experience. Support is reachable, but I found that many issues weren’t immediately explained, so it often felt like a solo effort to get everything right.
