The point where meanings got lost in translation
I started to set up the calling features and at first, the menu labels seemed logical enough, but then I found myself lost when trying to configure the dialer options. Specifically, the wording around "Auto-dial settings" Was confusing - it wasn’t clear whether I was enabling or disabling automatic calls. That moment stuck out as a barrier. The rest of the interface had some decent features, and the onboarding walkthrough outlined the basics without much fuss, but beyond that, I felt unsure if I was making the right selections. For instance, the database feature had labels that felt mismatched for my workflow, which made navigating the data less intuitive than I had hoped. Automatic updates ran in the background, which was good – no need for manual intervention. However, the overall experience was marred by the unclear terminology that made certain steps frustrating, especially early on. Telephonic support was reachable but didn’t provide much clarity, and the invoicing process was straightforward but didn’t redeem the initial confusion I felt about the software’s access and labels.
