It finally clicked after a slow start
Getting going with WFHI’s billing and payment system took longer than I expected, and honestly, I’ve explained this part a few times before. At first, I was stuck waiting for the invoices and trying to understand how the automatic updates would affect my subscription status. The setup wasn’t exactly intuitive, so I kept going back to support which was helpful but it wasn’t a seamless process. Eventually though, the moment it clicked was when I realized that the payment flow aligns with the training stages and onboarding steps, meaning I wasn’t just paying for software but also for progressive access to their features. Once I grasped that, the frustration faded and using the dialer and database features became straightforward. The invoicing process is straightforward enough once the initial uncertainty passes, and now I feel much more comfortable with how everything fits together. The initial pace was a bit wearying but patience pays off here since the system supports a remote workflow setup well once you’re through these steps.
