Using WFHI’s billing and payment system was straightforward enough to find everything I needed without much hassle. The invoices appeared promptly after signing up, and every time I logged in, the billing dashboard was clear about next payment dates. That clarity helped me plan my expenses better. I could download payment receipts easily, and there were no hidden charges visible on my invoices. The process supports auto-renewal but also gives me a simple way to pause or cancel if I want to. My only small point would be that sometimes the payment status updates take a bit longer than I expected after transactions, which made me double-check to be sure everything was in order. But overall, the system worked well to keep track of my billing info. I especially liked not needing to contact support to resolve any payment questions because the portal showed me everything I needed and how to do it. So no trouble with payments really helped me focus more on using the software and training than worrying about money matters.
