Unexpected limitations in software regarding working hours access
My experience with WFHI’s software related to working hours access has been somewhat disappointing due to unexpected limitations. I assumed from the outset that the software would accommodate my irregular working schedule easily, permitting flexible sign-in and sign-out times. However, it became apparent that the system enforced somewhat rigid time blocks that did not align well with my actual hours. This misalignment caused frequent issues where calls needed to be logged outside the designated periods and access permissions didn't permit this. While the software's overall interface was user-friendly and the dialer functioned reliably during set hours, the constraint on timing was a surprise that impacted my workflow efficiency. On the positive side, I appreciated the automatic updates feature that ensured I was always working with the latest version without interruptions. Nonetheless, I expected greater adaptability given the remote work context. I hope improvements will be considered to better sync actual work hours with software access and permissions. Otherwise, some aspects are fine but this sticking point was significant.
