Help was less than expected
In my last use, I thought I would need more assistance than I actually got. At first, I expected greater support given the complexities outlined, but I was able to figure out quite a lot on my own despite some hiccups. While the software worked decently, having more immediate help would have made the process smoother than it turned out to be.
