Worth trying again despite the wait times

I found the software pretty solid once I got past the initial setup. The onboarding was thorough, although I did encounter some redundant prompts which made me pause a few times. While using the dialer over the week, I noticed occasional waiting periods when connecting calls, but that seemed somewhat normal for remote workflows. What I appreciated was the database feature; it integrated nicely with my workflow and made accessing contacts efficient. Automatic updates ran mostly in the background, which was convenient, although sometimes I had to restart the system leading to minor interruptions. The telephonic support was responsive and helped me resolve a few queries, though I occasionally found the explanations a bit technical. The sign-up and payment process were smooth, and invoices arrived promptly which made tracking easier. Overall, despite some waiting and repetition, the experience was functional and the positives outweighed the downsides. I think I would consider using their software again, especially because the benefits in database management and support seem worthwhile for my remote work setup, even if it’s not always perfect.
