Software fits but hours mismatch causes some friction

Using WFHI's software to manage my remote workflow has mostly aligned with my typical working hours. The database feature and calling tools function well during the periods I’m active and tend to be reliable without major glitches. However, one challenge is that the automated update schedule sometimes falls during my busiest hours, requiring brief pauses or adjustments that disrupt flow. While the software itself does not limit usage by time, this update timing creates a conflict with my work rhythm. That said, the invoicing and payment process didn’t have such timing issues, and those transactions sailed smoothly. Overall, the software fits my actual hours of activity reasonably well, but the update routine introduces minor friction that could be better optimized. Balancing the strength of the platform’s features against this scheduling aspect leaves me moderately satisfied, prompting a 3-star rating. The overall experience felt balanced between practical benefit and slight inconvenience.
