Like I told a friend: better than I thought but with quirks
Going into this, I had some doubts about how intuitive the software would be, especially handling several concurrent workflows in remote setups. To my surprise, the access features worked smoothly, and I was impressed by how the dialer integrated my contacts immediately without a fuss. I expected to feel a bit lost with the training, but it was considerably better structured and gave me a decent foundation. Still, I didn’t feel 100% confident by the end since I got stuck a bit on customizing the database functionality to perfectly fit my needs — it required trial and error beyond what the training covered. The regular automatic updates were mostly beneficial, although once or twice they introduced minor nuisances that needed me to adjust my workflow. Support was responsive when asked, which adds a lot of reassurance. Having experienced other tools before, I’d say this one is more user-friendly, but if you want something plug-and-play without any hiccups, it might not be flawless. For someone like me who was prepared to learn and tweak, it delivered well enough. All in all, I’d sum this up as a practical tool with some learning curve but clear benefits once you get the hang of it.
