Setup had its challenges but overall felt manageable

Starting with the WFHI software was definitely a series of steps that required some patience and attention. The setup order intended by the platform made sense generally—first the software access, then the onboarding training, followed by configuring the calling tools and database—but in practice, the steps occasionally overlapped or needed revisiting. For example, I realized after logging calls for a couple of days that I hadn’t fully integrated the database feature as intended, so I had to backtrack during setup. This was slightly frustrating but understandable, given the complexity of remote workflow management. Payment and invoicing were hassle-free and well organized, which was a relief amidst this. What helped most was the automatic updates, which reduced the need for manual software tweaking later on. Overall, the effort was a bit more than what I initially imagined, but not excessive. The sequence mostly made sense, and with a bit of care, I got to a smooth working rhythm in the end.
