Decent onboarding but mixed steps
When I started the training and onboarding, I noticed the steps were organized, but not always in the most intuitive sequence. Initially, the introduction to the software dashboard made good sense and helped me understand the general workflow. However, when we moved on to the dialer features, I felt the training assumed prior knowledge that I didn’t have yet, which occasionally disrupted my learning flow. The database management segment was thorough and well-explained, yet the sequence to this felt a bit late; I would have preferred having this knowledge earlier to better comprehend the calls and client data. Despite this, the automatic updates were seamlessly integrated, and the telephonic support during onboarding was available when I faced confusion, which balanced out some of the earlier drawbacks. Overall, the onboarding gave me a decent grasp of using the software, but a reordering to start with foundational tools before the advanced calling functions could improve the experience. If given a chance to go through the onboarding again, I might reconsider doing so with the hope that the sequence evolves, as the current flow has its merits but doesn’t fully suit my learning style.
