expected clear guidance but got confusing wording and labels instead

My first impression during training and onboarding was mostly about the wording in the software and labels on the dashboard. I had expected clear, easy-to-understand instructions to guide me step-by-step, but what I found was somewhat confusing. For instance, when I tried to navigate to the database feature, the labels weren’t very intuitive and I had to guess which section to visit. The training materials themselves sometimes used technical jargon without clear explanations, which made it tough to follow along easily. At a couple of points, I was unsure if I had completed a step correctly because the labels didn’t clearly reflect what I was doing. Additionally, the onboarding flow assumed familiarity with certain terms which I did not have. I hoped the support team would clarify but their explanations quickly referenced the same confusing language, leaving me more puzzled than before. In short, I was expecting an accessible, stepwise onboarding experience that made the process seamless; instead, the terminology and labels made it harder for me to feel confident using the software initially.
