The moment I found what I needed but not without struggle

The onboarding training was a mixed bag for me. At first, I was circling around the interface trying to find the training modules and the section where they detailed the call dialer setup. It took a while before I realized that the search bar on the portal works better than the navigation menus, which was a nice but not so obvious touch. Once I found the exact training video for managing the database feature and updating my call lists, things started to click. However, I stumbled when trying to understand how automatic updates to the software affected my workflow since it was not clearly laid out at the start. Some of the sections in the training were clear and step-by-step, like setting up caller IDs and connecting to the telephonic support for issues. But the integration details, especially with the invoicing and payment process, were less easy to find and made me pause for a while. The balance between clarity and confusion fluctuated during my first few days with the software, so I’d say the initial moments of onboarding were partly satisfying and partly frustrating because of the inconsistent guidance provided.
