Training was decent but I’d reconsider doing it again
I went into the training and onboarding process hoping for a clear, well-structured experience, and what I got was somewhat varied. The good thing was that the initial sign-up was straightforward, and they provided a decent overview of the software and how to use the dialer and database features. The trainers explained the basics clearly enough, but as we progressed, some parts felt rushed or assumed prior knowledge I didn’t have. For example, the more advanced workflow automation steps were not broken down fully, requiring me to rewatch recorded sessions later to catch up. The training videos and live calls were helpful overall but a bit inconsistent in detail. Onboarding got me to a working level within about two weeks, which was reasonable, though I expected better pacing. Since the documentation was sometimes sparse, I spent extra time figuring out some of the software features on my own. If I had to do it again, I might ask for additional personalized help to avoid those hurdles. Still, considering the mix of clarity and confusion, I can say it wasn’t a wasted effort but improvements would make me more comfortable repeating this process.
