Support setup required much more effort than it should
I expected that telephonic support would guide me through the setup or at least clear common issues quickly, but it ended up being quite the opposite. From the moment I tried to understand the automatic updates feature to navigating the onboarding process, I found myself having to figure out most things alone. The database integration was supposed to be straightforward, but I kept facing problems caused by unclear instructions and lack of proactive help. Each call to support involved long holds and repeated explanations of my issue, which drained my patience. I was enthusiastic at first, thinking the paid training would fill these gaps, but it also assumed prior knowledge and did not cover basics in enough detail. Payment and invoicing were clear enough, at least, but that small relief amidst the difficulties. Honestly, I spent way too much time troubleshooting on my own, and this kind of effort should not be necessary when you are paying for software and support. I was hoping for easier communication and more hands-on assistance, but the reality made me quite frustrated.
